This policy explains what information Secorvia ("we", "us") collects when you use www.secorvia.com or the Secorvia platform, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you request a trial, request a demo, or create an account, we collect the details you submit directly: full name, work email address, company name, company size, and (optionally) which cloud providers you use. We do not require a credit card to start a trial or a free-tier account.

When you connect a cloud account to the platform, we access only what your read-only, least-privilege IAM role or service principal exposes: configuration and metadata needed to build the security graph. We do not request write access, and we do not access the contents of your databases, object storage, or application data.

We also collect standard technical information automatically (IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security (rate-limiting, abuse prevention) and basic analytics.

How we use it

• To set up and operate your account or trial workspace.
• To send account-related email: signup confirmations, security alerts, and, if you opt in, product updates.
• To respond to support and sales requests.
• To detect and prevent abuse of our signup and authentication systems.
• To improve the product, in aggregate and de-identified form wherever possible.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties

We share information only with the service providers necessary to run Secorvia, for example our transactional email provider, used solely to deliver account and notification emails. Each processor is bound by contract to use your data only to provide that service to us.

Data retention

We retain account and signup information for as long as your account is active, plus a limited period afterward for legal, tax, and abuse-prevention purposes. You can request deletion at any time. See Contact below.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to customer data is limited to personnel who need it to operate or support the service.

Your rights
