These terms govern your access to and use of Secorvia's website and platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.

The Service

Secorvia is a cloud security posture management platform that connects to your cloud accounts via read-only, least-privilege access to identify misconfigurations, attack paths, and compliance gaps. Secorvia does not modify your infrastructure and requires no agents installed inside your workloads.

Accounts and trials

Free and trial plans are provided as described on our pricing page and are subject to the usage limits stated there. We may change trial terms, including duration and included features, prospectively. Changes will not retroactively remove access already granted for the current trial period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: connect cloud accounts you are not authorized to assess; use the Service to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system; resell or sublicense the Service without a written agreement; or reverse-engineer the platform beyond what applicable law permits.

Your data and findings

You retain all rights to the cloud configuration data you connect and the findings Secorvia generates from it. We use that data only to provide and improve the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, except where a separate signed SLA states otherwise (Enterprise plans). Support response times vary by plan and are described on our pricing page.

Disclaimer

Secorvia identifies and prioritizes risk based on the configuration data it can observe. It is a decision-support tool, not a guarantee against compromise, and does not replace your own security program, penetration testing, or professional judgment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secorvia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date.
