Monitor intelligence and vulnerability feeds

Review Secorvia intelligence feed health, checkpoints, source errors, and synchronization history as a platform administrator.

Reviewed

Before you start

This is a platform administrator workflow affecting shared vulnerability, advisory, EOL, and threat intelligence catalogs.

Open Vulnerability Intelligence

Review CVEs, Vendor Advisories, EOL Records, Threat Intelligence, and the active Worker. Check whether the deployment has any registered sources before interpreting an empty catalog.

Inspect feed health

Open a feed or Source Detail and review Last success, Last attempt, Consecutive failures, Records this run, Checkpoint, and Last error. A feed without an API key may use its public rate limit, as indicated in the interface.

Follow active synchronization

Read Overall progress, Current source, Current phase, Processed, Elapsed, and Estimated remaining. Distinguish Running, Retrying, Failed, Stopped, Pending, and Never synced rather than treating them as a single incomplete state.

Use history to confirm a refresh

Review Synchronization History and the source’s latest successful completion. The app reports that a safely stopped synchronization resumes from each feed’s checkpoint. Verify the resulting catalog and Last Synced fields after an authorized synchronization action.

Where you are now

You know which intelligence sources are fresh and which need attention, with checkpoint and error context for recovery.

WHEN SOMETHING LOOKS OFF

A few things to check

No feeds registered

The deployment has no sources configured; the catalog cannot populate until an administrator configures them.

A source repeatedly retries

Inspect the last error, source access, and rate-limit context before triggering additional work.
