Platform administration

Monitor platform jobs and infrastructure

Use Secorvia administrative views to review worker health, background jobs, cloud accounts, Kubernetes clusters, reports, and notifications.

Reviewed

Before you start

Use an authorized platform administrator account. These views can span multiple organizations; keep the tenant scope explicit.

Review worker health and queued work

Open Operations Dashboard. Review Running, Queued, Completed (recent), Failed (recent), Worker Health, and Running / Queued Jobs.

Inspect job history

Read Type, Status, Started, Completed, and Message. This dashboard covers tracked platform jobs such as vulnerability synchronization, graph builds, and risk recalculation. Cloud scans have their own Scan History/Scan Jobs views.

Open the domain-specific admin view

Use Cloud Accounts and Kubernetes Clusters for connection issues, Scan Jobs for assessments, Reports for generation, and Notifications for delivery attempts. Confirm the organization before correlating a job with a connection or event.

Verify recovery through an actual result

After an authorized operational fix, check the job’s final state and the resulting data. A healthy worker alone does not establish that a particular scan, graph build, report, or notification completed.

Where you are now

You can trace a platform symptom to the appropriate worker, job, tenant, and output.

WHEN SOMETHING LOOKS OFF

A few things to check

A cloud scan is absent from Operations Dashboard

Use Scan Jobs or the organization’s Scan History; cloud scans are listed separately.

A queued job does not progress

Review Worker Health and the job’s message and timestamps before restarting work.
