Schedule recurring cloud scans

Create hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly cloud scan schedules in Secorvia with an explicit account, time, and timezone.

Reviewed

Before you start

Connect a cloud account first. Choose a cadence and timezone that match the team’s operating schedule.

Create a scan schedule

Open Scheduled Scans → New Schedule. Enter Schedule Name and select the Cloud Account. Use a name that identifies the account and purpose, such as Nightly Production Scan.

Set the frequency and time

Choose Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. Fill in the applicable Minute Past the Hour, Hour, Minute, Day of Week, or Day of Month. Hours use 0–23 and minutes use 0–59.

Set the timezone and save

Choose Timezone explicitly, then save. For monthly schedules, the interface states that a day beyond the month’s length runs on that month’s last day. Check Next Run to confirm the intended schedule.

Review execution and edit if needed

Use Last Run and Scan History to verify an actual assessment occurred. Use Edit to adjust the schedule and recheck Next Run. A schedule existing does not prove its most recent scan completed successfully.

Where you are now

An account-specific schedule has an explicit timezone and a next run you can verify.

WHEN SOMETHING LOOKS OFF

A few things to check

The run time looks wrong

Review the timezone and frequency fields, especially for monthly schedules and daylight-saving changes.

Scheduled scan failed

Inspect Scan History and the cloud connection; a valid schedule cannot repair invalid credentials.
