Update your profile and display preferences
Update your Secorvia display name and profile photo, understand email changes, and use app theme and search controls.

Before you start
Sign in to the account you want to update. These settings describe your own account rather than another member’s permissions.
Open My Profile
Use My Profile in Settings. Review your Name, Display name, Email, and Profile Photo before making changes.
Update your name or photo
Enter the desired display name and use the photo control to upload PNG, JPEG, or WebP up to 2 MB. Use Remove photo if you want to remove the current image, then save the changes available in the form.
Request an email change through your administrator
The interface directs account email changes to your organization administrator. Changing a display name is not an email or access change.
Use display and navigation controls
Choose Light, Dark, or System from the theme control. Use the app’s page search to jump to a feature by name. Display preferences help you navigate but do not change account permissions or organization data.

Your own profile is recognizable to the team and your display preferences suit your working environment.

A few things to check
A photo upload is rejected
Check the image is PNG, JPEG, or WebP and at most 2 MB.
The email cannot be edited
Contact the organization administrator as directed by the profile page.
