Manage organizations and platform access
Navigate Secorvia platform administration for organizations, members, entitlement overrides, and administrative access reviews.

Before you start
This guide is for authorized platform administrators. Organization member settings and platform-wide administration are separate scopes.
Find the organization
Open Administration → Organizations or use the administrative Search view. Review the organization’s identity and status before opening its details.
Review users and billing context
In organization detail, inspect Users and Billing. Use the platform Users view for an authorized cross-organization investigation and Organization Users for ordinary membership management within a single organization.
Inspect effective entitlements
Review Plan Value, Override, Effective Value, Expiration, and Status in Entitlements. Overrides can set feature access or limits and do not change the underlying subscription plan. Record a reason and expiration appropriate to an approved exception.
Review privileged access and activity
Use Platform Admins to review privileged accounts and the Activity, Security Events, and Audit Logs views for supported administrative events. Restrict changes to the authorized organization and verify effective access afterward.
Where you are now
Administrative decisions are made against the correct tenant and distinguish plan defaults, overrides, and privileged access.
WHEN SOMETHING LOOKS OFF
A few things to check
An override appears inactive
Check its expiry and effective value. An expired override falls back to the plan value.
An organization is not visible
Confirm your platform role and search scope before attempting a change.
